Check Policy:
Order paid by personal check, business checks, money orders or bank check could delay shipment by up to 3 weeks. There will be a $10.00 charge for any check returned.

Sample Policy:
Cameo China, Inc. will charge for samples jus like a regular shipment.

Order Policy:
Cameo China, Inc. Special Pricing is for case packed order only. There is a 10% up charge for any items that is order less than case pack.

Damaged Merchandise and/or Shortages:
Cameo China, Inc. responsibility for shipment ceases with acceptance by carriers. Buyer upon discovering loss or damage shall demand an inspection report immediately, regardless of their opinion as to the cause ad shall arrange promptly to file claim against the carrier.

Refund or Exchange Policy:
All exchange or refund must filed within 30 days of purchase. A return goods authorization (RGA number will be issued on all return or exchanges. Cameo China, Inc. cannot accept returns on used merchandise and all return must be in it's original packing with a RGA number attached to the returned box.

Capacities and Dimensions:
Liquid capacities are brimful, not serving capacity. All capacities and size are subject to slight variances due to uncontrollable manufacturing conditions.
